Sales Associate - Business Development Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Selling IT Certification by obtaining client information & Counseling customers for certification.
- Selling & Advertising Different Training Courses in APAC Region/US Region/Europe/Middle East/PAN India.
- Obtaining client information by making enhanced outbound calls.
- Assuring registration of participants in batches according to their education requirements.
- Creating a database of Existing and New clients.
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients & growing business from existing clients.
- Informing participants by explaining different courses packages/ Answering related questions/ providing information.
- Performing after sales activities.
- Providing end-to-end sales of our research offerings by pitching prospective clients, negotiating, and closing deals.
- You would have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point and the Internet and Social media.
- Equally comfortable in generating a 1-year strategic vision and a weekly status update.
- Maintaining a sales report for tracking the sales performance and initiating creative ideas to reaching out a large number of customers.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/PG with at least 6 months of Experience with Sales/Business Development.
- Great communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience into B2C sales and Product demonstration.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiations and conversions techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Highly self-motivated, confidant, target-driven and have attention to detail and customer-service focused, with a pleasing, warm and presentable personality.
- Ability to work with a team & independently under pressure.
- Ready to take challenges & should be comfortable with a voice profile.
