Job Description :
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in IT sales, particularly in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, enabling them to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. As a key member of our sales team, the Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations according to the specific needs of prospective clients.
2. Identify and engage with potential clients, including business owners, managers, and decision-makers, to understand their cybersecurity needs and present our solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
4. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
5. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in the sales process
6. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity to effectively position our solutions.
7. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
8. Conduct market research (analyse competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the industry. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
10. Continuously improve sales processes and identify opportunities for business growth.
Candidate Skills :
1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
2. Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Any vendor natural business development training and certification will be preferred.
