Cerno Technologies - Sales Executive (0-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Sales experience is a must - products (BFSI)
- Prior experience of financial background like banking, credit card, etc. preferred
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Accountable and self- driven/ motivated
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on customer sales
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Regular in follow up and associated activities
Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
- Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase products and/ or services
- Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
- Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
- Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up-selling of products or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product
- Should be willing to work in night shifts and should be flexible with change of shifts and weekly offs
- Consistently meets departmental sales goals while maintaining a satisfied customer rate
- Continued product education to better service customer calls
- Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker
Skills/Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales with proven track record
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows
- Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Typing Skills: 30 Words per minute with accuracy of 98%
Salary is negotiable based on associate's experience. Company would also provide strong performance incentive structure in addition to monthly pay-outs.
