Skills Required :

- Candidate should have hands-on experience of selling software products to B2B customers

- Experience in selling technology product/software products

- Should have worked in a techno-functional role

- Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge

- Highly self-motivated and ambitious to achieving goals

- Ability to quickly learn and understand technology products

- Experience in handling the US, European and APAC markets is an advantage

- Understanding of Salesforce platform is an advantage

- Should possess the skill to work both in a team and as an individual contributor

- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets and a go-getter attitude

- Should have handled a team earlier.

- Excellent Communication

- Tech Education is an added advantage

- Minimum 5+ years of Core Sales experience along with team handling of min 5.

- International B2B Sales Experience is a must.

- Should have dealt with Big customers (Fortune 500)

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to the closure

- Will be handling mostly US and Europe markets

- Qualify and capture the technical requirement of the customers through web meetings

- Conduct online product demo to the qualified prospects

- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers

- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets

- Keep the CRM updated and showcase the reports whenever required

- Will be handling a team as well.
