Job Description :
Objective of the profile is to head and manage the Overall Operations including Business development & Marketing, Operations, budgeting and administration of the company.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop a strategy / business plan to drive revenue & profitability. Driving Top line and Bottom Line for the Company.
2. Implement Marketing strategies.
3. Demonstrate growth in Equipment Business (Domestic & Export) proactively
4. Demonstrate growth in Sales, Spares & Service Business proactively
5. Timely resolution of Escalated Customer Complaints
6. Enhancing the Dealer Presence, and drive Dealer and Team Performance
7. Driving Manufacturing Excellence initiatives
8. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Timely Response
9. Effective Team Building, with focus on Systems & Processes
10. Establishing a Process Driven Organization
11. Establish Reporting / Review Mechanisms and Conduct reviews
12. 5S Implementation and accident free days
13. Business Development in terms of Pitching to and Obtaining Industrial Clients.
14. Devise and Execute effective strategies
15. Look into the future, and continuously search for business enhancement opportunities.
16. Represent MACONS in National & International market.
17. Co-ordinating & Reporting to the Top Management.
18. Provide leadership & Motivation to the team

Desired Candidate Profile :
1. The candidate should be having minimum 25 years of experience, out of which at at least 10 yrs. should be in leadership role in a mid-sized organization.
2. Candidate with working experience in Capital Equipment manufacturer would be preferred.
3. Analysing data and decision making
4. Attention to detail
5. Good understanding of Market
6. Understanding of business requirements and developing appropriate recommendations to the leadership
7. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams
8. Good written and verbal communication skills
9. Ability to achieve objectives within the time scale
10. Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Educational Requirements:
The candidate should be B.E. / B. Tech. Mechanical with Masters degree in Management.
Education: UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
