Overview of the Role :
- SEO Managers are responsible for planning, implementing and managing company's overall SEO strategy.
- This usually covers a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy, and importantly monitoring, improvement and reporting on a regular basis.
- The role will also extend to content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities and will require a seasoned experience with a large corporate or Tier-1 agency.
Key Points :
i.) Formulating and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
ii.) Plan, develop and implement Century's SEO strategy
iii.) Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization through SEO results.
iv.) Goal of achieving 40% more traffic from organic efforts year on year, compared to paid efforts for the same period.
KRA'S :
i.) Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance, looping back to share insights and understanding with all stakeholders.
ii.) Develop and execute successful SEO strategies specific to the Century corporate and project brands.
iii.) Work closely with Century marketing leadership and performance teams and stakeholders on audience insight, and keyword research to guide content teams
iv.) Review, recommend and resolve technical SEO issues and implement best practices proactively where possible.
v.) Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy working closely with the demand generation stakeholders.
vi.) Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) while reaching out to the right audience organically.
vii.) Plan social and content marketing campaigns to specifically drive engagement across corporate, tactical, project and vertical specific communication.
viii.) Generate reports on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects and share timely and regular vertical sound-offs on opportunity and threats.
ix.) Work with internal and external ORM and performance teams to optimize campaigns
x.) Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends and regularly advice leadership on global SEO best practices and improvement to the continuous marketing process and effectiveness
