Century Real Estate - Manager - Corporate Sales (4-9 yrs)
Job description:

Across multiple world-class projects and plotted land developments, and associations with top notch consultants assuring gold standards in vision, construction, planning and execution of projects. We are looking for dynamic, smart, young Graduates / MBA professionals with 4-8 years' of experience in driving corporate sales. A go-getter with passion for field sales, network selling and an out of box thinking attitude will be a right fitment. Candidates with real estate and corporate sales exposure will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Association with corporate companies across Bangalore to ensure walk-ins drive and sales closures as per assigned targets.
- To maintain & expand Century's database of Corporate contacts by increasing width and depth of this channel
- Establish & maintain relationships with key influencers/decision makers in the corporate base.
- Contribution of Corporate Sales in Value (Rs. Cr) and Volume achievement (Units) as per target month on month
- Ensure the best relationships with the existing and new corporate clients
- To design events/seminars & propagate offers designed for corporates
- To leverage corporate contacts for new project pre-launches/launches
- To ensure constantly improving relationship experience with Corporates
- Extraordinary customer follow up for Site visit and closures.
- To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales target achievement. - Lead generation, Site visits and closures though corporates as source.
