Century Real Estate - AGM - Commercial Leasing (10-15 yrs)

- Manage leasing and selling transaction activities for commercial real estate portfolio. Business development, SVs, commercial offers, negotiations and closures will be the key roll.
- Prepare, recommend, and implement a transaction strategy for marketing and leasing of commercial/office space project(s)
- Source corporate clients through direct interaction and reference.
- Liaise with Channel Partners, IPC members and local brokers to source prospects
- Formulate & implement real estate marketing & leasing plan in line with Company's strategic and time-bound real estate goals
- Responsible for Legal Documentation Along with In - house Legal from Heads of Terms / Letter of Intents /agreements to Lease/Lease Deeds/Letters/ Notices as Required, Registering Documents Etc.
- Legal and Technical Due Diligence of Asset.
- Work closely with Internal and client's team to ensure integration between the service lines
- Ensure quality data in terms of overviews /RFPS/templates/case studies/data management
- Create MIS for local Business Development and track competition deals, vacancy, supply along with Market intelligence
- Address and Resolve tenant issues/disputes and other concerns
- Cash flow understanding & analysis
Candidate Profile :
- MBA with Minimum 8 years of Work Experience in a similar organization and role, dealing with leasing and selling of commercial property.
- Should have strong exposure of Business Development and Experience in closing deals in National and International market in commercial real estate domain.
- Should have good exposure of handling end-to-end transaction process for commercial leasing and selling.
- Good corporate relationships and micro-market knowledge
- Strong IPC and channel partner networking with ability to continue to nurture relationships
- Adequate analytical & presentation skills
- Good Business Development Skills
