Centre Sales Head - Education (5-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility:
1. You shall be responsible for achieving the weekly/ monthly admission target of the centre.
2. You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations in nearby areas of your respective location.
3. You shall make productive house calls.
4. You Shall be responsible for the admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.
5. Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS.
6. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.
7. You shall make productive BA tie-ups.
8. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.
Industry Exposure Required:
1) Must have experience in the Retail Education industry.
2) Excellent communication and selling skills.
3) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
4) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
5) Preference would be given to Candidates from Education/Time-Share/Retail Banking (no loan selling)/Financial Selling(Insurance counsellors only) / Telecom.
6) Male / Female candidates - if Male candidate - should be married, for females, both married or unmarried will do.
Work Experience Required :
5 to 7 Years.
