Centre Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Profile Title : Centre Manager for Real Estate
Job Role: This position will be responsible for managing the assigned product. Oversees all marketing, operations and financial activities. Responds to clients requirements. Representing the team to the management in weekly or monthly meetings. Spoc person of a Specific Project and Product Expert's.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling of designated team.
2. Monitoring Sales Planning and Execution.
3. Meeting, set sales & market penetration targets.
4. Coordinate with different departments for revenue, sales/ops related issues.
5. Execution of Sales & Marketing Plans.
6. Day to Day reporting and Analysis.
7. Market Intelligence.
8. New market developments.
9. Corporate sales planning and implementation of strategies.
10. Effective communication of targets to teams and ensuring their action on the same.
11. Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.
12. Ensuring adequate enquiries and interest from the market with respect to assigned prospect base.
13. Allocation of prospect base to team members.
14. Developing proposals.
15. Sales Planning of the designated teams.
16. Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
17. Developing a strong understanding of client / prospect requirements and strategic objectives from the transaction.
18. Translating strategic objectives of the client into a Transaction Brief.
19. Maintaining strong relationships with Channel partners and appropriate teams within developer corporations to ensure strong market leverage.
20. Manage the entire transaction process including presentation and shortlist discussions.
21. Ensuring all exercises are implemented for all aspects of the transactions.
22. Coordinating with internal departments for resolution of client concerns.
