Centre Head - Sales - Education (3-8 yrs)
- Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centre.
- Responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location
- Making productive house calls as & when required by the marketing team.
- Responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc
- Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS
- Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counseling.
- Making productive BA tie ups.
- Conducting STP activities regularly for the center.
- In house business development counselling and Admissions and conducting marketing activities outside and inside the school under the guidance of marketing personnel and achieving the targeted admissions with leadership skill and motivational guidance to team members.
- Handling generated leads and parent counselling for admissions, admission inquiries at school on daily basis, meet with prospective parents, explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees structure, etc.
- Maintain all records and reports towards school's admissions by maintaining an accurate database of all new registrations, current and existing students.
- Guide & train the team of counselors & helping them to achieve their targets.
- Focus on sales and marketing
- Counseling of students for the different courses to crack medical and engineering entrance exams.
- Handling management of batches, conduction of classes and tests.
- Maintaining the tracker on daily basis.
- Actively participating in making marketing strategies
