Centre Head - Sales - Beauty & Personal Care (7-10 yrs)
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Centre Head to oversee operations in our Beauty & Personal Care centers located in Bangalore and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the beauty and personal care industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty and personal care centers.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Customer Service : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards.
- Team Management : Lead, motivate, and manage the center staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Financial Management : Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the centers.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Skills :
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in managing multiple locations is preferred.
- Understanding of beauty and personal care products and services.
