Central Service Technician - Hair Care Brand (1-12 yrs)
We are hiring Females for a Leading Hair Care brand for the position of a C. S. Technician.
Role Purpose:
- To build and maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.

Job Description :
- Responsible for project customer connect - Inbound and Outbound calls.
- To give appointments for follow up, TST, PBT and Carefree.
- To be responsible for Bill making, if required.
- To be responsible for Handling Customer Complaints and Queries.
- To manage the courier registers.
- To ensure that the clinic meets /exceeds the sales target provided to it.
- To perform services like TST, PBT, HF, Anagrow, Ana D Tox, Re Tightening, Deep conditioning and any other treatment introduce in Trichology centre.
- To perform Hair Treatments on Male and Female Patients both.
- To maintain hygienic set up in the room and ensure that all equipments and items present in the room are clean and fit for use.
- To keep record of consumables and give requirement to Centre Head.
- To maintain high standards of customer service by adhering to the decorum and standards of communication as standardized by the organization.
- To prepare food tray and serve same to patients
- Up selling to customers.
- To clean Anagrow grow machine as per SOP.
- To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.
- Should take up Hair Treatments as and when required / instructed in case of exigency and emergency requirement.
Desired Candidate's Profile :
- Seeking a Female from Wellness, Gym, Spa, Salon, Beauty or Lifestyle industry
- At least 1 Year of experience in the same industry
- People Management skill with Team Building experience.
- Excellent Communication skills (Oral / Written)
- Business oriented with go better attitude
