Central Depository Services - Assistant Manager - Business Development (1-4 yrs)

Requirements :
- Minimum 1 + years of experience with regards to B2B Client Servicing and Acquisition
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience in Depository Participant will be preferable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Candidate with Post Graduation in Finance/Marketing will be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recognize and reach out to clients to pitch products and services.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Attending face-to-face meetings with clients
- Making proposals, presentations and should be able to present to clients.
- Follow through with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Follow up with leads aggressively and achieve set targets
- Should have skills to organically grow business with existing client.
- Create collateral for distribution to clients
- Prepare MIS and inter office notes for taking internal approvals
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Participate actively in Events/Seminars/Training programs hosted by the company
