Center Manager - Sales - Stock Broking Firm (2-5 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Center Manager - Equity (Channel Business)
Location: Branch
Reporting to: Branch Head/ Cluster Head
Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees): Branch/ None
Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading accounts through franchisees.
- Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking revenues through franchisees.
- Responsible for Margin collections through franchisees for trade both online and through cheques/RTGS.
- Ensuring the Working on franchisee databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
- Responsible for Franchisee empanelment and activation.
- Responsible for Interaction with HNIs - of franchisee for support.
- Responsible for Cross sell of LI/ GI/ PMS/ MF/ Gold - only direct acquisitions + through franchisees (No distribution through remissers)
Specific Authorities : No specific Authorities
Key Performance Indicators :
- Active partners target (Min of 25K per month)- Qtr wise mile stone (monthly added) (20%)
- Broking revenue Target (Equity + Commodity)- Qtr wise milestone-BP sign-up- Qtr wise milestones(Rs) X (25%)
- New Partner Empanelment (20%)
- Active terminals (10%)
- Active clients- Broking accounts (daily avg. active) (15%)
- TPD Target - Revenue (LI/MY GOLD/SIP) (10%)
Internal: Dealer/CSE/SEA
External : Franchisee/Customers
Applicant Profile :
Experience : 2-5 Years
Technical Competencies/ Skills :
NCFM Depository - Mandatory
NCFM - Capital Markets - Mandatory
NCFM - Derivative - Mandatory
AMFI
Personal Attributes :
- Good Channel Management Skills
- Sound knowledge of Equity Market.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
Formal Qualification : MBA with specialization in Finance & Marketing
