Center Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Primary Role :
- To develop the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Sales head of the region.
- Training of the sales team and advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and lionizing for activity management.
- Review of the Sales team on insurance product Sales.
- Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
Secondary Role :
- Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
- Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business.
