Center Manager - Sales - Healthcare (6-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Management

- Oversee day to day operations, including Centre calendar schedules, administrative tasks.


- Oversee and maintain Centre's budget, expenses, inventory and financial records.


- Ensure maintaining Centre compliances with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

2. Staff Management:

- Coordinate with centralized HR team to hire, train and supervise clinic staff. -

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

3. Counselling and Patient Care:

- Communicate effectively and convert potential leads to ensure revenue generation.


- Collect and record sensitive patient information and documents with strict confidentiality.


- Input and update patient information regularly in the CRM and study the trend in leads.


- Shall be responsible for communicating with the client at various stages of the journey of the treatment, which involves pre-counselling, post booking- pre surgery counselling, counselling post procedure.

- Coordinate and communicate smoothly with clients to handle their requests for information and scheduling appointments.

- Coordinate and share information with the relevant team to schedule appointments, cater travel requirements and other requests by patients if needed.

- Coordinate and communicate with the doctors regarding the client information and medical history accurately.

- Analyse the customer trends and gaps in services and suggest a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base to ensure our strong presence.

- Contribute to team effort and accomplish goals defined by the management.


- Continuously update your product knowledge and analyze customer data to improve customer experience.


4. Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of patient care and safety.

- Monitor and improve clinic processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
