Job Title: Center Manager

Job Location: Mumbai

Full-time, Work from office only, 06 days working.

Job description:

- Ensure the School is running as a self-sustaining business center.

- Be in constant contact with the students and their parents/guardians to maintain cordial relationships

- Make sound decisions in coordination with the Stakeholders to responsibly manage business operations

- Provide students with a positive learning experience

- Follow up on leads, schedule school tours, and close deals

- Ensure safety, productivity, and quality in all operations

- Review work to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines

- Ensure the implementation of company policies, in a timely and consistently

- Create and maintain a culture of safety

- Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development

- May also adjust work assignments of team members as well as perform those job tasks

- Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures

- Assign duties to team members to maximize service delivery

- Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan
