Center Manager - Franchise Acquisition - Broking Firm (3-8 yrs)
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading accounts through partners.
- Responsible for Meeting targets of client Acquisition and activation through partners.
- Ensuring the Working on partner databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
- Responsible for Partner empanelment and activation.
- Responsible for Interaction with HNIs of partners for support.
- Responsible for Cross sell of LI/ GI/ PMS/ MF/ Gold
only direct acquisitions + through franchisees (No distribution through remissers)
Key Performance Indicators : New Partner Empanelment (BP/OP/AP)- -Qtr wise milestone-BP/OP sign-up (30%)
- New Partner Activation(AP)-Qtr wise milestone-AP signup (15%)
- New client acquisition-Qtr wise milestones(No) (30%)
- New Client Activation-qtr wise mile stone (15%)
- TPD Revenue(LI/My Gold/SIP)-qtr wise mile stone (10%)
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Technical Competencies / Skills:
- NCFM Depository Mandatory
- NCFM Capital markets Mandatory
- NCFM Derivatives Mandatory
- AMFI
Personal Attributes:
- Good Channel management skills
- Sound knowledge of Equity Market.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
Formal Qualifications
- MBA with specialisation in Finance and Marketing
