Center Manager - Children Gym (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving all day-to-day operations at The Little Gym.
- You will have a direct responsibility of driving, managing and reporting revenue for the respective Little Gym that you manage.
- The Little Gym is a business that is driven by people who are passionate and committed to building this brand and spreading its awareness efficiently, as the centre manager, you will manage all marketing activities to spread the word about the gym and to increase student enrolments at The Little Gym
- In this role you will be responsible for selling the TLG program to new and existing customers and also effectively managing retention of customers
- You will also directly oversee the maintenance of the facility/equipment at the gym, making sure we have clean, safe and conducive environment for learning for kids.
- At the Little Gym, we believe in adding continuous value and building long lasting relationships with customers, the centre manager will be responsible for maintaining these positive customer relationships and for providing outstanding customer service for all TLG customers
- The centre head is also responsible for managing data; you will be responsible for preparing weekly reports on sales, customer visits, conversions and retention. You will be presenting this information to the management on a weekly basis.
- You will play the role of a quasi owner of the gym that you operate in, making sure you are making calculated decisions, driving effective teams and managing the entire operations at The Little Gym.
- You will also be responsible for teaching classes (on a limited basis), to stay connected with the Little Gym product.

Centre Head Desired Experience/Qualifications:
Proven management/leadership performance and achievement through experience in working with children and parents in related field is required. Background or training in any of the following is ideal-
- Sales and/or Retail
- Operations Management
- Extensive Customer Service
- Human Resources
- Child Development or Education
- Computer Literacy
- Basic Financial Management
- Gymnastics, Athletics, or Physical Education
