Center Head - Sales & Marketing - Healthcare (0-2 yrs)
- Business Development: Interaction with top management, heads of administration, medical departments, medical superintendents etc. to promote BabyShield. This includes prospecting and development of leads and prospects leading to new account closures
- New Account Closures: Identification of key accounts (hospitals, nursing homes, birthing centers etc.) for establishing partnerships for BabyShield within the assigned region, develop and set objectives for the closed account (enrolments, growth plan etc.)
- Account maintenance: Ensure performance and sustainable inflow of enrolments from established key accounts, the center head has to develop strong relationship with key stakeholders of the key accounts leading to better performance. To organize trainings, workshops, CMEs, ANCs and other business promoting and awareness creation campaigns at the accounts
- Operations Management: Liaison with key internal departments such as Logistics, FAA, operations and marketing to ensure smooth, timely, efficient and streamlined flow of activities. To manage the practical organization of the sales & logistics process such as sample collection, reporting, interaction with parents,doctors, payments from hospitals etc. and coordination of customer service
- Market Research: To provide feedback from the market and apprise the management regularly on market trends, competition, competitive gaps, growth drivers, new opportunities within the realm of the service.
- Any other work assigned as and when required.
