Job brief: Manager - Content Development

We are looking for a Content Manager and Curator to join our team and to create content for online courses. The responsibilities include curation of content by:

- Conducting thorough research on Subject / industry-related topics,

- Generating ideas for new content

- Proofreading of the existing content

Responsibilities : 

- Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications

- Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear

- Working with customers to define their content needs

- Conducting research on any industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

- Submit work to editors for input and approval

- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

- Promote content on social media

- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

- Update website content as needed

Requirements : 

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role

- Portfolio of published articles

- Experience doing research using multiple sources

- Familiarity with web publications

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Post-Graduation in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field with at least 5 years of prior working experience.

- Must be a team player, Flexible and Quick Learner

- Must be ready to work from Office in Gurgaon
