Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our cutting-edge courses in domains like AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Web Designing, and Cyber Security. The role also involves developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions in Faridabad and Manesar to expand our outreach and establish long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

- Actively market and sell courses to individuals, educational institutions, and corporate clients.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.

- Conduct presentations, webinars, and demonstrations to showcase course value.

Partnership Development:

- Identify and build relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers in Faridabad and Manesar.

- Collaborate with educational institutions to establish partnerships for course delivery and student enrollment.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements with institutional partners.

Market Research and Strategy:

- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine marketing and sales strategies.

- Identify target demographics and create tailored marketing campaigns.

- Gather and report feedback from clients and partners to improve offerings.

Brand Building:

- Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, and industry events.

- Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, online ads, social media posts).

- Maintain a strong social media and digital presence to promote courses and initiatives.

Reporting and Coordination:

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports detailing progress and challenges.

- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and course offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.

- Familiarity with the domains of AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Web Designing, and Cyber Security is a plus.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
