1. Primary role of category management; end to end responsible for category growth, targets, sales & negotiation, client relationship management, visual merchandising, financial issue closure, etc. Need to be aggressive by individually handling the categories, streamlining operations and generating new business opportunities.
2. Competitor analysis and NPD to scale up the category performance.
3. SPOC with online partner's i.e, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Paytm, etc. for respective categories
4. Fulfilling the requirement of the channel partners for product cataloging
5. Pre Sales and post sales co-ordination with all the sales channel ensuring efficient sales closure
6. Strategizing and Co-ordination with various verticals of an eCommerce company
7. Improving communication efficiencies within company and with the external partners
8. Sellers account management
9. Business growth, seller's portfolio management; sales closure for e - commerce portals
10. Managing all exercises for better content management w.r.t to better product visibility
11. Analyzing and Managing Digital marketing campaigns
12. Coordinating with back end team for operational efficiency.
13. Coordinating with internal companies for stocks, photo shoot sample arrangement, pricing, etc. Ensuring healthy fill rate of stocks is maintained for each category.
14. Coordinating with clients for their day to day requirements.
15. Checking deals running on respective category products on portals.
16. Maintaining appointment tracker.
17. Solving vendor's payment issues.
18. Maintaining daily progress reports of respective category and sharing it with HOD.
19. Performing dynamic role in the department for smooth functioning of the business.
20. Assisting E commerce Head in business operations of all the categories and adhering to SOP's.
