CellEdge - Manager - Social Media (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development of the Organization's demand generation, brand awareness, online reputation strategy; execute that strategy against clearly defined Objectives & Key Results.
- Identify important target audiences (customers/groups/ forums/ influencers/investors) around the world, engage in appropriate - voice- and content on a regular basis.
- Create and maintain customized and engaging content for targeted social media channels/audiences aligned to our content and campaign calendars.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Create a regular publishing schedule for all geographies in line with editorial content and campaign calendars.
- Optimize each key social media channel to measurably expand The Organization's virtual presence including SEO and generation of online traffic.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Monitor industry and competitive social media sites for announcements, trends.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review (where appropriate).
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI); analyze key metrics and refine strategy and tactics as needed.
- Perform quarterly research on current social media benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Keep informed of new and changing social media best practices and adapt accordingly.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in roles that involved Social, Marketing, or Copywriting.
- Previous experience in day to day management of a company's Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook channels including content creation, post design, analytics, and social selling.
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Design Tools (Adobe Suite, Coral Draw, etc.) to create posts
- Strong portfolio of impactful corporate social media work or personal social influencing
- Experience leveraging social media tools for improved productivity (listening, engaging, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and global - rules of engagement-
- Working knowledge of Design Tools (Adobe Suite, Coral Draw, etc.)
- Microsoft Office software proficiency
- Previous experience working in HubSpot a plus!
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
- Proven experience in demonstrating winning social customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English and excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
