JD for Outbound Sales Specialist :
- Making calls to potential customers and also responsible for inbound and outbound duties.
- Introducing our services to prospective clients
- Clearly communicating about our event sales services and business award show that the company is hosting. Nominees for the business awards show must be onboarded.
- Make sure to onboard the nominees or clients and closing the deal.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Following up with customers via phone or email
- Maintaining a database of customer interactions
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Providing service information and pricing to interested customers
- Handling customer objections and closing sales over the phone.
