Job Description for Tele Callers :
1. Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
- Handling enquires over the phone and in person.
- Keep Track of enquiries from various sources like telephone, whatsapp & direct walk-ins and maintain the records.
- Active follow up with the prospect participants.
- Convince potential participants to go for the portfolio photoshoot offered by the company.
2. Specific Skill Set :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, friendly, and convincing skill is mandatory.
- Must have concept selling techniques
