CEIPAL Solution - Events Manager (3-5 yrs)
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the prerequisites of the corporate event industry.
- He or she should have a fair knowledge about the end to end tasks, roles and responsibility associated with the profile. The person needs to have a fair knowledge about event research, requirements, scheduling, budgeting, set- up etc.
You'll Be Responsible For :
- Supporting event planning, strategy and development to enrich the value proposition of CEIPAL Corp.
- Coordinate and execute tasks assigned for all events across geographies or on-site support, as designated.
- Support the design of the Event experience (in-person and virtual), logistical planning, ensuring a high-quality of delivery in assistance to the event's strategy and customer needs.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and process all invoices to make sure vendors are paid promptly.
- Gather relevant event data to determine event requirements.
- Adhere to all meeting protocols and guidelines (cost saving measures, risk policies,contract approvals)
- On-site support as designated by Senior Manager - Events to ensure adherence to standards and specifications, venue performance, and successful meeting execution.
Traveling involved 20%-30%.
- Consolidate and create a post meeting reports and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines
You'll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have :
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Events, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3-4 years of relevant event planning experience both in-person and virtual conferences/webinars/tradeshows/corporate events.
- Substantial portfolio of successful events
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills including writing, proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in speaking English and Hindi language.
- Proactive and an ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office support tools
