Cefiro - Manager - eCommerce/Digital Marketing (3-7 yrs)
- Responsible for all types of updations and maintenance of our websites and mobile applications. Its include products, commercial & other promotional content.
- Coordinating with internal IT team & vendors for all maintenance, new feature development and integrations of the system
- Responsible for planning email marketing campaigns & sending to customer twice or on a weekly basis
- Responsible for SEO and SMO by adding keywords, metatags & link sharing. Improve the keyword density for making the website SEO & customer friendly
- Ensuring maximum uptime of the our systems & monitor server and site technical performance
- Checking existing website functionalities & testing new developments
- Support to costumer care & users for website & payment gateway related issues
- Review visitors online behavior using Google Analytics & generating weekly traffic report
