Exciting opportunity for MBA 2017 batch to join our team as Business Development Executive with a passion to grow and gain experience of bid management and Pre-sales in an IT industry.

Responsibilities:

1- Understanding the requirements of the project and Bid accordingly.

2. Analyzing and understanding client's requirement.

3- Generating business from online portals like Upwork,Freelancer, Guru, PPH etc.

4- Identifying new business prospects from multiple sources like linkedin, existing database, social media research etc.

5- Ability to manage client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.

6- Requirement gathering, Creating cover letters & Proposals.

7- Managing job profiles on bidding portals.

Desired Skills:

1- Should have completed MBA preferably 2017 batch.

2- Should be proficient in English communication.

3- Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills

4- Highly credible with the ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients.

5- Ability to work in co-ordination with the development team.

6- Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs.
