Job Description :
- The profile includes sales to Govt. Institutions, PSUs/Govt Bodies/ defence/ Indian railways.
- Handling govt. large & medium accounts and selling fire fighting &security products.
- Generating new leads, Presentation, negotiation & closure.
- Initiate & work to generate business through Govt. tenders and obtain orders from designated states
- Sales Planning & Forecasting.
- Marketing activities.
- Involve in market research by monitoring competitors business, customer preference and market trends.
- Meeting with decision makers/Officers in government bodies.
- Team handling
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling govt. department (DGS&D, GEM & Tenders.
- Make reports and submit to the company, to ensure KPIs are being met.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Exhibits high energy, confidence and enthusiasm.
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
