CDNA Technologies - Sales Development Role (1-3 yrs)

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, connecting with potential clients and aiding them through the path of realization. You will help them understand the gap that our products fill and the growth opportunities tied to them.

- Nuclei is a profitable fintech SaaS firm working already with over 20 large BFSI clients across India, MEA & SEA in just a span of 5 years.

What will you do ?
- Your ultimate aim is to expand a company's client base globally
- You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting opportunities across APAC and MEA, SEA, and Europen regions
- Craft compelling messages that pique interest and initiate conversations.
- Qualify the leads and work closely with the Sales team to achieve the company's targets.
- Market, client and industry research
- Mapping and identifying prospective leads & collaborating with multiple internal teams to convert leads.
Your Role & Responsibilities :
- Developing campaign strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Creating content that is contextual, relevant, and personal to the target audience
- Mapping organization structures and identifying key decision-makers and personas
- Run outreach programs to generate and nurture leads
- Initiating contact with potential customers through email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Building relationships with clients and prospects to ultimately drive sales - Track and manage the sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Who should apply ?
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
- Familiarity with outreach, content management, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A fearless approach to reaching out to new contacts.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to take intelligent and creative risks
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
