CCI Projects - Assistant Manager - Customer Relationship Management (2-6 yrs)
- Post sales, follow with customers for completion of all documentation formalities
- Ensure complete documentation post sales of each and every customer
- Follow with customers for stage-wise payments through the life cycle of the construction and handover process
- Escalate and levy penalty and interest wherever applicable and report to management and ensure necessary follow up
- Manage and ensure after-sales activities, to provide complete customer support till handover of possession of the flat (after checking and verifying the check list.
- Ensure maintenance & update of customer ledgers, registers & files with inbuilt triggers for customer action.
- Prepare & submit MIS on collections and receivables.
- Attend all customer related queries/Complaint/accounts etc.
- Coordinate with customers & bank for loan TPT PTM.
- Responsible for post sales account settlement and collection
- Prepare & submit MIS on collections and receivables.
- Prepare inter-departmental reports for smooth coordination
- Maintain all collection reports MIS & other reports etc.
Salary offered: 5 - 10 LPA
