We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level. The job role would involve business development, giving pitches, clients follow ups, revenue generation, coordination, meeting with clients & regular client interactions.

The Business Development Manager for our Branding and Marketing Vertical will directly report to the founding team and will be responsible for driving business into the firm. This is a high-engagement role with corporate clients & new ventures and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities.
As the Business Development Manager, We would like you to:
1. Be responsible for two areas; overall growth and client development.
2. Understand the products and services offered by us and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
3. Identify potential sellers, brands and new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
4. Manage the end to end process of the Sales & Business Development pipeline by performing initial outreach and promote leads through various inbound and outbound channels media (calls, emails, and social media) & reference with existing clients, till the client is on-boarded.
5. Implement standard operating processes to scale the working of the organization.
6. Participate in specifying business development plan and quarterly goals with the executive team to meet business revenue and profit goals.
7. Execute the business growth plan
8. Track your own P&L and smash quarterly / yearly sales targets
You are expected to have these qualities -
- Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients.
- Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
- Self-motivation and a goal-orientation to achieve ambitious targets
- Good spoken English.
