Description :
- As an Account Manager, you are leading project management and providing strategic account direction to your clients in order to deliver high quality e-business strategies, solutions, tools and services to which enable them to achieve their Digital and Internet Marketing objectives.
- Someone who plays a bridge between the client, the internal teams and the management. An account manager is at least responsible for 5-6 accounts and ensures overall client experience as well as experience of the team members.
- You're actively consulting with clients regarding SMM, SEO, SEM, UX, ORM, Digital Marketing, Media Buying, Content, audience segmentation, technology selection and other issues and challenges confronting businesses on the digital front.
KRA(s) :
- Manage overall agency/client relationship providing strategic input while guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives
- Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies
- Manage program execution and financial performance while ensuring that overall strategy is sound and on point
- Build teams, think strategically and develop successful client-agency relationships
- Establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with client champion and executives
- Ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy
- Maintain relations with the client so as to cross sell and up sell
- Ensuring proper reporting and meeting with the clients at the end of every month
- Stay updated about the work day to day
- Weekly internal reporting of the work
- Maintaining a record of the tasks done for the invoicing purpose and co-coordinating with the client for clearing the invoice on due time
- Prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables
- Utilize sound project management processes and tools to instill project management discipline and work collaboratively with other team members
- Effectively manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targeting
Preferences :
- 1-4 years experience in managing clients with minimum 1 year of experience in any creative agency or digital industry
- Prior experience of working with Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing Agencies
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing, Search engines, Search engine optimization and related factors
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
