Candidates having 8-10 years work experience on the field apart from real estate background qualification with MBA/ Any degree.
Candidates must have dynamic doing both indoor and site work. Along with candidates have to manage following roles- Manage sales agents. Train and hire staffs. Administrative duties. Maintain client relationships. Meet with clients. Stay informed on real estate industry.- Communicate and promote the vision, values, objectives and priorities of the Trust effectively to staff, partners and the public.
- To ensure that the operation of clinical services is well co-ordinate and opportunities for joint working are utilized.
- Ensure that systems are applied within the Division to make sure that all Health and Safety issues are addressed as required and that all relevant standards are met.
- Implement performance monitoring systems throughout the division, ensuring that service managers are clear about the targets to be achieved.
- Take a proactive approach to working in partnership with other Divisions to ensure the appropriate configuration of services and resources across the Trust.
- Implement the redesign and reconfiguration of existing services to meet the modernization agenda.
- Ensure that services are recovery based and service users and careers are at the centre of service provision.
Candidates- age should be in between 28-35. Not but the list he/she musts have proper market knowledge.
Salary Package - 4.5 LPA
