- One of India's fastest growing higher education institutes is looking for candidates with exceptional cross-functional coordination, marketing and people management skills to join as a Coordinator/ Manager for CEO's office.
- Working in this role will give you an insight into establishing and growing educational institutes.
- The ideal candidate would be an MBA from top institutes with around 4 - 8 years of experience working in the Consulting/ Marketing / HR functions or as an EA to CEO/MD/Chairman.
- The ideal candidate should be a motivated self starter with excellent written and oral communication skills, with abilities in business acumen (analytical); basic strategy understanding; project management, team working skills.
- Since it is a cross-functional coordination role, the candidate must be willing to learn and contribute in different operational, marketing and other support areas. The success in this role will depend upon getting the work done through internal and external stakeholders.
The scope of the role would include:
- Closely working with CEO along with respective academic and non-academic teams, department heads to achieve institutional growth objectives.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure continued focus on institute's priorities - and an ability to understand, track and implement new initiatives
- Key success factors include attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines, aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources and working with different stakeholders.
- Participating with internal and external stakeholder reviews with CEO
- Collaborating with and supporting marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Any other tasks/ priorities as assigned by the CEO.
- Monitor tasks delegated by the CEO and ensure that work is completed as per greed deadlines
- Work closely with Dean Academics, Asst. Dean Academics, support functional heads, academic team members, International and guest faculty members
- Undertaking research into the Education sector, markets and competitors.
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and statistics, and compiling and presenting information.
- Helping in Admissions and Outreach initiatives
- This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.
- Ideal candidate will have multi-tasking ability, thinking ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.
- He/ She should also have a good sense of time management, planning and organizing, judgement and analysis.
