CAYA Constructs - Assistant Manager - Outreach Program - The Design Village (4-5 yrs)
The Design Village (http://thedesignvillage.org/) is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Outreach
Reporting to: Head of Outreach
Requirements:
- Must have 4 to 5 years of Client Relations, Networking, Marketing, Pre Sales, and Channel Partners Management (only Sales/ Business Development experience may not be fit).
- Working Experience in a Consulting firm, Law firm, Audit firm, Publishing Houses, Education Industry, Investment Banking, or Insurance Sector (preferable, not mandatory).
- Expert in building relations and networking with people at various levels.
- Excellent written and speaking command over the language - English.
- Preferable if he/ she is a part-time/ passionate photography enthusiast - using DSLRs or High-End Camera phones.
- Well aware and a personal user of Social Media.
- Energetic, Aspirational, and Passionate to grow in Career.
Deliverables and Other Key Aspects of the Job:
- Networking with Schools, Coaching Centres, Design Professionals and benefit overall Outreach Program.
- Presentable and Excellent Communication Skills - both Hindi and English.
- Able to build professional relationships with Internal Stakeholders and External Partners.
- Understand the TDV DNA.
- Be aligned with the culture and requirements at TDV.
- Extensively travel in Delhi NCR and across India when required.
- Accountable and owner of overall Outreach targets in terms of Application forms, Seat Blocks, and Admissions.
- Works with the internal content building team to build the best quality content in terms of Graphic, and Video content.
- Be aligned and Coordinate with the Admissions team to work on counseling students and parents for admissions.
- Able to understand and connect with students of age group 17 to 21.
- Maintain excellent relations with existing TDV students that helps overall students experience by contributing to their solutions of any issues.
- Engage with students to conceptualize various events, that works as a Media Worthy content for Outreach and enhances overall students experience in the college.
- Travel with faculty and Solely on occasions for Outreach presentations at various Workshops, Seminars, and Design Symposiums.
