Job Overview :

- As a sales consultant, Candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth. Candidate responsibilities will include analysing market trends, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. Collaborating with cross- functional teams, Candidate will helps shape our business development initiatives and drive revenue growth. Candidate strategic mindset will be invaluable in understanding client's needs, preparing sales presentations and negotiating contracts.

- The purpose of this role is to benefit the organization meet new customer and exceed revenue growth targets.

- The Candidate on this role will be responsible for retaining and growing customers base, maximizing new business, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Candidate will be driving revenues by developing winning strategies to engage Client in a consultative manner, by positioning the solutions, capabilities, and IP of the organization.

- Candidate will have to build a strong relationship based on knowledge of customer requirements and drive the E2E sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target market segments. Utilize various methods such as Networking, cold calling, and referral's to generate leads a build a pipeline of Potential clients.

2. Build and Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, Understanding their business Needs and Points.

3. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients. This involves creating a value proposition, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements, and delivering sales presentation and proposals.

4. Proficient in selling new age digital solutions such as Infra solutions, Datacenter consolidation, RPA, HRMS, Chatbots, ITSM, Cyber security, Micro services, ML/AI solutions etc.

5. Stay update on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape within IT sector.

6. Track and report sales activities. Analyse sales metric and performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.

7. Managing & growing complex accounts, Channel/Vendor Sales Management.

8. Review and create sales plan, pursuit plan/business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement and hunting new business.

9. Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive price and negotiations with the client.

10. Willing to Travel
