Job Description :
- He will be leading Zonal sales team & play the role of a catalyst and build a strong field force to achieve the sales targets and growth objectives of the Gynecology segment for his zone. He Has to be highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment and exposed to both medical and consumer business.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies with growth objectives for dedicated zone/region
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts with proper implementation
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Regular joint work with Territory managers, Area sales managers, regional sales manager
- Timely collection of accounts receivables
- Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programs to increase doctor's conversion/number of prescription.
- Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans for high performing customer base
- Suggest for reduction in promotional activity expense
- Keep up-to-date about company products, services and schemes
- Monitor activities, products and services of competitors and ensure team awareness
- Ensure products to not exceed the expiry date or get technologically redundant or non-competitive in the market.
- Control attrition and build a high performing, motivated and committed sales team
- Ensures to maintenance of "Norms And Standard Of Company Policies"
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Requirements and skills :
- Graduate from reputed college/university with minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales (Pharmaceutical industry) of which at least 3 years as regional sales manager at a pharmaceutical company into gynecology segment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Availability to travel as needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Strong network with clients working in the Pharmaceutical Business
