Category Sales Head - Sportswear (12-20 yrs)

Job Description:
- Responsible for 360 degree for the product and range development marketing and sales under the sportswear range for the organization
- Channel geographical expansion, team coordination development, annual objective achievements and market share gain as a core responsibility
- Preparing for annual quarter business plan strategy, keeping in mind companies- business plan and effectively implementation to ensure all the above objectives in timeframe manner, product development, pricing market activities, plan and implement on the basis of company's objectives align with competitors
- Retail management, involvement in product range development, sales through merchandising, consumers involvement and generation of business through merchandising, field level activities, including programs and promotions, team development, trainings, coordination and follow up the business numbers
- Planning, organizing, participating for various sports events and activities across the geography
- Responsible for high market share gain in focused on category through geographical development high seasonal gains against the competition
- Well equipped with competitive knowledge, regular and quarterly assessment of competitors profile activities assessment creates the strategy for short and long time
- Handling the Sales and Marketing/business development Brands (Sportswear)
- Identifying and developing new markets for sportswear, handling lead generation & client retention & achieving the set targets for modern trade
- Networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners (offline and Online). Resulting in deeper market penetration & reach
- Preparing business plans, devising strategies for business growth, competitors profile & monitoring operations at regular intervals with focusing on profitability
- Retail management - Involved in retail store opening right from its design/merchandising/completion
- Bringing onboard the Key Opinion Leaders by arranging for demos, imparting technical training, Organizing open courts
- Planning, 0rganizing and marketing the various sports events and participation in the external events
- Sponsorships - Providing sponsorship to the top players and coaches for brand building and business development
