Roles and Responsibilities "
Lead the flagship Platform sales-
1: Banking Relationships
The primary responsibility of this role will be to connect with leading Bankers and relevant stakeholders (Rural business/credit & strategy teams) of the Banking industry to present use case. You will be working/interacting with senior business & credit leaders of the Banks/NBFCs & Micro finance institutions
- Identify the pain points/ data gaps faced by the client and provide a platform solution to bridge the gap
- Pricing & driving the contract to closure
- Product delivery to the client within the agreed timelines
- Relationship management - close coordination with the client team to provide support.
2: Strategic to achieve the sales target
- Build pipeline of the banks/nbfc & micro finance institutes who can be potential customers
- Work closely with marketing/product team to achieve sales target
- Close coordination with the client and the internal tech & product team for product enhancement
- Work closely with the credit Analysts/ underwriters to enhance the platform
- Cross sell/upsell to existing clients
- Identify indirect sales opportunity with integration platforms
Ideal Candidate - (If you are an Entrepreneur, you will love this role)
- 3+ of sales experience in SAAS/PAAS for banking industry preferred or B2B sales experience with a fintech/Bank/ NBFC
- Strong knowledge of Lending industry (SME)
- Knowledge of building Case studies and business pitch decks
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Excellent networking & relationship management skills.
- Business & financial acumen, ability to strategize.
- Ability to work across functions, deep dive & execute.
