It's a leading logistics tech company in India that provides on-demand intra-city transportation services. The company's solutions cater to a variety of industries, offering features like real-time tracking, flexible pricing, and reliable delivery support across multiple cities.

Job Title: Category Manager

Experience: 2-4 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate in any stream

Locations: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Supply & Demand planning.

- Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted demand growth.

- Responsibility of handling the category team.

- Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.

- Improve customer wallet share through cross-selling and other strategies.

- Guide the team to achieve the organizational goals.

- Manage team and ensure target delivery through the team.

- Ensure Customer and partner experience is intact for the category.

- Enhance the team skills toward the growth path in the organization.

- Use data to analyse & identify the process gaps for the improvement of the business numbers.

- Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.

Skills Required:

- Ability to train, coach and support the team members.

- Good team management skills.

- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in Gujarati is a plus.

- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

- Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same.

- High ownership and responsiveness at all times.

- Highly efficient in excel skills .

- Basic knowledge of SQL.

- Strong numerical and analytical skill
