Position : Category Manager - Andhra Pradesh
Reports To Category Incharge - Zone 2
Place of Posting Vijayawada / Guntur (Open for discussion)
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :
- Conducting market development activities (BTL activities - Demos, customer meets, ecosystem partner meets, other marketing campaigns) and direct dealing with customers for lead generation and conversion
- Establishing the product value proposition as well as financial modeling for end customers
- Ownership of new category products volume, customer satisfaction and inputs to the organization for scaling the product
- Develop strong Market Intelligence on new trends, Competitor Strategy and Customer Fraternity mindset
- Maintaining strong engagement with all Stakeholders (Sales & Service Team, Financiers, Dealers etc)
Job Requirements :
- Experience 5-8 years
Qualification :
- B.Tech (Mechanical/ Agri)
- Personality Traits Competencies Liaison with govt. agri officials ( Local Level)
- Extensive Travel and field job
- Complete go getter with attitude to develop new markets
- Market insighting capabilities
- Marketing mindset
- High on execution excellence
General Requirements :
- Proficient in Telugu & English/Hindi
- Well verse in MS Excel
