Category Leader - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/ISB/SP Jain/NMIMS/IMT/JBIMS (8-12 yrs)
Senior Manager - Category Management - IIM-ABCL, XLRI, ISB, SP Jain, NMIMS, IMT, JBIMS
- Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Brand management experience within a major FMCG company preferably in the CPG segment or significant experience in handling CPG category for a major retail chain.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Proven ability to influence others and work across the organisation and departments.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage a business - by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven
- General management experience managing the P&L for a business with significant revenues
- Proven people management skills, hiring and developing talent (both internal and external)
Preferred Qualification :
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product road map.
- Implementation orientation
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements.
- Strong experience running CPG businesses for nationally recognized retailers
- Domain experience in CPG business is highly desirable.
