Category Lead - Fashion Brand (5-8 yrs)
The Category Manager would be responsible for spearheading the Pan India category function for a specified category.

Responsibilities :
- The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to manage the Supply side and demand generation initiatives for the respective category for b2b ecommerce.
- Manage the geography wise supply build up in the category focusing on manufacturing and export-oriented manufacturing supply clusters.
- Build effective communication and management of supplier pricing, Sourcing category products, one-on-one discussions with suppliers, Brand partnerships, Trade shows, and other events.
- Responsible for meeting targets for % category share and Overall GMV from the category.
- Perform effective negotiations and meet cost quality and price parameters needed to meet effective demand generation. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors - activities to identify opportunities and provide proactive solutions, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- To enable and build partnerships and alliances with reputed brands and strive to achieve the best deals to ensure maximum margin profitability.
- To set, achieve and conquer monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with the company short term & long-term goals and objectives.
