Requirement

- 3+yrs. of experience sales, marketing, relationship management, customer acquisition, customer handling

- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills

- Well versed in building relationships with end users

- Resolving queries and provide smooth customer experience

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple categories and onboard notable educators

- Analyse platform usage statistics for identifying target segments and revenue generation opportunities

- Liaison with the marketing team to launch Pan India marketing campaign

- Define and monitor KPIs across company's platform to make strategic and tactical decision

- Making relevant content structure, playbooks and demos to make it easier for providing seamless user experience to both end users and educators
