Category Head - Sales - Agri (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
Now leveraging this data, we are partnering with Input and Procurement companies across the Agri lifecycle.
- Connect/Partner with Seed, Agri Chemical, Procurement, Farm equipment, Tractor companies
- Pricing & contract closure with the clients
- Manage a team of sales managers and track their sales pipeline
- Work in close collaboration with client & Retail product head to close on the client platform requirement and deliver the product within agreed timelines
- Strategic to achieve quarterly sales target - Work in collaboration with Client and Campaign manager to move & plan client's inventory
- Forecasting & planning- Work with partners sales and marketing team to plan and move the inventory as per the demand
Ideal Candidate would be
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in farming companies (seed, chemical or equipment companies)
- Have worked on ground and understands the requirement of the farmers & our partners
- Strong connect in the Agri Industry
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Excellent networking & relationship management skills.
- Open for Hyderabad/Mumbai/Gurgaon
