Description :
- Draw annual budgets for assigned categories. Identify & execute strategies to achieve top-line & bottom-line targets of assigned categories.
- Vendor development and seller onboarding.
- Seller continuity in the short run % of onboarded sellers continued to transact beyond 3 months
- Ensure material availability at competitive price points by working on vendor relationships to assist construction material sales through construction platforms.
- Act as POC to provide business inputs to lead cataloging, technical platform development, and facilitate E-Commerce transactions.
- Establishing relationships with suppliers existing and new and coordinating with them on a daily basis for order closures, pricing updates, delivery ordination, analyzing the Lost inquiries posted by the Sales team, and work towards increasing the
- The conversion rate for the respective regions
- Engage with the Seller onboarding team
- Order closures, pricing updates, delivery coordination, payment schedule, and handling L1 level of escalation and preparing a structure for capturing MOP for cement brands in respective regions and
- Checking the same with sellers for getting the best pricing
Who can apply :
2-4 years of industry experience in handling the category, vendor sourcing
Experience in sourcing/ selling the suggested category
Graduate a must, preferably a postgraduate
