Catalog Manager - eCommerce (4-6 yrs)
Position Overview:
- As an Ecommerce Catalogue Manager specializing in Amazon Marketplace, you will play a crucial role in managing product listings, optimizing content, and enhancing the overall presence of our products on the Amazon platform. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales, improving product visibility, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Experience in Shopify Catalogue Management will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Catalogue Management:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings on Amazon Marketplace.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
- Monitor and update product pricing, promotions, and inventory levels to align with business objectives and market trends.
- Implement strategies to enhance product discoverability and search ranking through keywords, SEO, and other optimization techniques.
Content Optimization:
- Work with Content Creation teams to develop and refine product content .
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality images, videos, and multimedia content for product listings.
- Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to optimize product content for conversion and engagement.
Performance Analysis :
- Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, and recommend strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with Amazon & policies, guidelines, and best practices for product listings.
- Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to address issues promptly and maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or
- compliance issues within product listings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor & degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce catalogue management, preferably with a focus on Amazon Marketplace.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, algorithms, and best practices for product listing optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify is highly desirable.
